AlphaForge is Clay's flagship 4‑week intensive GTM Engineering bootcamp. It's designed for people who want to learn to think, build, and ship like a GTM Engineer — through real projects, peer feedback, and live coaching sessions.
There are no lectures, no passive content, and no busywork. You'll complete 12 real projects over 4 weeks, building a portfolio of actual GTM work that demonstrates what you can do.
The program runs for 4 weeks. The next cohort runs August 10 – September 8, ending with a graduation celebration call on Tuesday, September 8.
Expect to invest around 11 hours per week in live learning group sessions, plus additional time for async video content and hands‑on project work.
The more you put in, the more interview‑ready you'll be on the other side. This program rewards people who treat it seriously.
Yes — the program is designed with working professionals in mind. Live sessions are scheduled in the evenings and on Sundays to accommodate standard working hours.
That said, AlphaForge is genuinely intensive. We'd recommend protecting dedicated, distraction‑free time in your week for it. The people who get the most out of the program are the ones who show up prepared and engaged.
Live sessions are offered in EST and PST time zones, designed for cohort members based in North America. Students in APAC and European timezones have historically found it difficult to attend live sessions.
Graduating students receive a digital diploma certifying that they've completed AlphaForge — share it on LinkedIn, drop it in your portfolio, hand it to a hiring manager.
From there, graduates are introduced directly to employers actively hiring for GTM Engineering roles. And if we can't match you? You get a full 100% refund. We only succeed when you do.
The standard program cost is $1,999. This covers 4 weeks of live coaching, 12 projects, and feedback from people actively building GTM systems at the highest level.
We're not looking to make money from this program — the tuition exists to bring in participants with genuine skin in the game.
For the July cohort, we're giving all students the Open Scholarship — covering 100% of the AlphaForge tuition. No eligibility requirements.
Yes. All accepted participants receive 60 days of Clay Growth plan access, including 20,000 data credits and 10,000 action credits.
